Frequently asked questions
How does Arts Out East support projects?
Projects may be supported in one or more ways including:
Project funding: We provide funding to enable creative practitioners to connect with local audiences, and support participation in the arts for artists and non-artists alike.
Practical assistance: We can assist with finding venues, sorting out permits, planning your project, applications for funding, and feedback and advice on projects in development, including marketing advice.
Introductions to people: We can help you make connections to artists, community organisations, businesses or other people you might want to involve in your project.
Event or opportunity promotion: For successful applications, we promote local arts projects on our website, our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and through our email newsletter. We also promote general local events by adding us as a Facebook co-host.
What have we supported before?
