‘Drips and Stains’ book launch of Larry Abreño’s coffee art work.

Larry’s passion to experiment with coffee, tea and wine as painting mediums has made him into a prolific artist. We were happy to support his vision of making his many works accessible through the publication of his second book as well as his book launch. He was able to incorporate the use of his favourite East Auckland cafe - Hawthorne Dene - as both an exhibition space and book launch venue. It was a bustling and successful occasion with many turning up in support of his works.

This was an Arts Out East project supported by Te Tuhi and the Howick Local Board.
