    The community house offers meeting spaces and community programmes. There are two rooms for hire, the Pakuranga room and the Anchorage room, which each accommodate up to 50 people.     Located in the suburb of Half Moon Bay is the Captain Musick Air Scouts. The Air Scouts is approximately a 3-4 minute walk to Ōhuiarangi, Pigeon Mountain and a short distance walk to the Wetlands walking track. With a hall for hire, this space offers kitchen facilities, chairs and tables available. There is also access to wifi upon request.

    Te Tuhi is one of New Zealand’s foremost contemporary art spaces and a leader in supporting experimental practice. The building also hosts a range of activities including children’s and adult art classes, Art Today, the Nanette Cameron School of Interior design and has rooms for hire by community groups and commercial hirers. Capacity ranges from 10 to 200 guests.
