Pop-up mending shop!

Kohna Zari Ko turns old to gold through the beautiful practice of mending. The members of Kohna Zari ko hosted three special pop up event across East Auckland. The community were encouraged to pop in over the course of the day with small mending projects and Kohna Zari Ko mended the items while they waited! They were able to help with loose hems, reattaching a button, or stitching up a small hole.

The community came to the events and shared a moment to learn more about the group's projects and how they could support their work.
